Driven by my newfound infatuation with beans while working on Ed Mitchell’s cookbook, I’m sharing how I have FUN with beans in this adventurous 10-card set. From teaching you how to make gnocchi with sweet peas and white beans, to adding a bit of whimsy and imagination to the ever-so-humble beanie weenie with bold Mexican flavors—there is no such thing as boring in this set.
This set is immensely diet-flexible and designed with foundational flavors that work whether you’re plant-based or a meat-eater. And to boost your pantry, I’m thrilled to have teamed up with some fabulous woman-owned brands to make cooking these dishes even more easeful and flavor-dynamic.
