If you’re not careful, what feels like a fantastic opportunity to exhibit your work can quickly turn into a big, laborious and expensive mess. I created this document for two reasons: first, to organize my archive of framed works. Measurements of the work, materials, storage or exhibition location, printers, framers, images, artist statements and more. This organizational tool is a leg up for designing your own document.

And secondly, this document was created to adequately prepare myself for meetings with gallerists, curators and coordinators looking to showcase my work in both group and solo settings. This document is a working document and will be available to you both via download and with an enclosed link so that you can have access to future versions should it change or evolve.
